What is the return policy?
At WeddingsMemento, we pour care and creativity into every bespoke and digital wedding suite, designed especially for you. Due to the personalised nature of our products, please note the following regarding returns and refunds:
Custom Printed Suites
Because each printed suite is made to order based on your unique details, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once the design has been approved and production has begun. Please review all proofs carefully before giving your approval.
Digital Downloads & Canva Templates
All digital products are non-refundable. Upon purchase, you will receive instant access to your editable templates, which cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure you understand the product details and requirements before completing your order.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your printed order arrives damaged or with a printing fault, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We will gladly work with you to resolve the problem, whether through a replacement or refund.
Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once the Google Form containing your custom details has been submitted and design work has commenced.
Deposit for physical prints?
For all custom printed wedding suites with a total order value exceeding £500, a minimum deposit of 40% is required to confirm and initiate your order.
This deposit secures your place in our production schedule and allows us to begin the design and printing process with confidence.
The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to dispatch of your final printed materials.
Please note that deposits are non-refundable due to the bespoke nature of our services and materials purchased on your behalf.
When will I get my order?
Physical Printed Wedding Suites
Our printed suites are lovingly crafted on premium paper stocks and require careful attention to detail. Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for design, production, and quality checks after you have submitted your completed customisation form and approved your proof.
Once your final payment has been received, your order will be dispatched promptly. Shipping times vary depending on your location and chosen delivery method; we will provide an estimated delivery timeframe upon dispatch.
Please note that all orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Digital Downloads & Canva Templates
Digital products are available immediately after purchase via a personalised download link or Canva access link emailed to you. You can begin customising and printing your templates at your convenience.
As digital downloads are instant, no shipping is required. Please ensure you review all details before purchase, as digital products are non-refundable.
