Canva templates require a free Canva account. Some optional elements may require a Canva Pro subscription, but we will always aim to use free elements wherever possible.

Physical Prints – Bring a touch of timeless elegance to your celebration with bespoke invitations, thoughtfully printed on your choice of premium paper. Select from GF Smith’s beautifully smooth cardstock, the richly textured German Etching Fine Art Paper, or luxurious Handmade Deckled Edging Paper—each offering its own unique finish and character.

As each physical item requires personalised text, a Google Form link will be provided after checkout—downloadable as a PDF from the Shopify confirmation page and also sent via email. You’ll be able to make unlimited edits before final approval to ensure every detail is just right.

To ensure your invitations arrive on time, we recommend placing your order at least 6 weeks before you plan to send them. While smaller orders are fulfilled more quickly, larger quantities may take longer, as each piece is crafted with care.

For orders over 50, a 40% deposit secures your place in our print schedule. We aim to deliver within two weeks of final approval, though this may vary depending on demand. Planning ahead helps ensure everything arrives beautifully and on time.

Physical samples are available for printed orders only and are sent as pre-made designs, not customised to individual requests. These samples are ready to ship, allowing you to experience the texture and quality of our paper before placing your full order.

A Note on Previews:
For printed products, you’ll receive a fully personalised digital preview reflecting all your requested edits before we go to print. For digital products, previews are NOT provided.
